The students individually had to select their own author and the book. unlike book reviews and book talk that they have done in their lower classes, this kids were engaged in deductive thinking and had to take an extra effort to understand the book and the author in depth.
For some time of their lives, they get to be the author they love and get into their shoe and answer about the book and the process involved in it. The best that i observed of the activity was that Students were vocal and they know what they are doing. This has been my best intervention to inculcate reading habits among the students.
