I was always told, that time and the world do not stand still, all we can do is be grateful to the people we meet on our journey. looking back and reminiscing, I realize maybe it's all the brutal truth. People visit our lives and leave a footprint on our hearts and memories. These people were the ones I had fun with on my final days in college pre-Covid-19 and life has been so busy ever since. Preparing for the Civil service exam, and finding myself a job, and home have taken a toll on me. Adulting is so hard! I sigh and take a moment to think about all those younger me days when I did not have to worry much about anything then my studies and piles of assignments that I would complete in the eleventh hour. But I remind myself that life is not a bed of roses. All the thorns on the way are the stepping stones to the next happier days. Growing up, I thought it would be so much better to be an adult and do adult kinds of stuff but it is not a piece of cake!
